Optimal Health & Wellness Center

Services Offered by Our San Antonio Chiropractor

To better meet the many needs of our patients, we are proud to provide a wide range of holistic healing services, including:

Chiropractic Care

Designed to naturally correct spinal misalignments with manual and instrument-based adjustments, chiropractic care is safe and effective enough that it can be used to treat a variety of conditions. By targeting the root cause of your pain, instead of simply treating your symptoms, we can work to help promote faster natural healing, reduce inflammation and restore a full range of motion.

Massage Therapy

Often used to complement and improve the effectiveness of spinal adjustments, massage therapy is ideal for relaxing sore and tired muscles. Our chiropractor in San Antonio uses a variety of different techniques to help aid the healing process, promote relaxation, and soothe sore muscles.

Nutrition Response Testing

With specific testing, our chiropractic care team can help to determine which supplements will work for you as an individual. This process can help to promote a healthy body weight, prevent obesity, and achieve an optimal level of overall wellness.

Additional Services Offered

Some of the additional services we offer to our San Antonio patients include:

  • Whiplash and Auto Accident Injury Treatment
  • Electro-Magnetic Therapy
  • Vibration Power Plate
